SHIPPING POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
At EMBROIDERYART, we exclusively offer digital products (embroidery files, sublimation files, and digital designs). Consequently, no physical products will be shipped to your postal address.
1. DELIVERY METHOD
All our products are delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your files in two ways:

On the Confirmation Page: A direct download link will be displayed immediately after checkout.

Via Email: A confirmation email containing the download links will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.
2. SHIPPING FEES
Since our products are digital, there are no shipping or handling fees, regardless of your location in the world.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is instantaneous. In rare cases, a delay of a few minutes may occur while the payment is validated by the payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) before the download link is activated.
4. DOWNLOAD ISSUES
If you do not receive the confirmation email or if you experience difficulties downloading your files, please:
