Unleash Your Creativity with Pro Embroidery Patterns

100% Quality & Digitizing Guarantee

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods (embroidery files and craft downloads), digital products cannot be physically returned. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

When Are Refunds or Replacements Granted?

• Defective or Corrupted Files: If a file fails to load or stitch properly due to a digitizing error, we will fix it or refund your order.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same design twice, we will issue a full refund or exchange for another pattern.
• Format Incompatibility: If your machine requires a rare format not included in the ZIP package, we will provide a free conversion or issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund or File Fix

Please email our 24/7 support team at support@embroidery.best with your order number, machine model, and a description or screenshot of the issue. Most requests are resolved within 2-4 hours!

At EmbroideryART Studio, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
