At EMBROIDERYART LTD, we specialize in the sale of digital products (embroidery and sublimation files). Due to the intangible nature of these products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

In accordance with international e-commerce laws, digital products delivered via immediate download are not eligible for return or refund. Once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, the sale is considered final and complete.

2. EXCEPTION: TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you encounter a technical problem with a file (corrupted file or design error), please contact us immediately at support@embroidery.best. We commit to:

  • Verifying the file and sending you a functional version within 24 hours.

  • If a technical issue persists on our end and we are unable to provide a functional file, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

An order for a digital product cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed and download access has been generated by the system.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, acknowledging that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing from our store, you expressly agree that the download begins immediately after purchase.
