Certain products are available exclusively as digital downloads. Due to the digital nature of our products, you acknowledge and agree that once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, the right of withdrawal and refund is waived. All sales of digital files are final.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

By purchasing our files (Embroidery/Sublimation), EMBROIDERYART LTD grants you a license for physical commercial use. This means you may use our designs to create physical products (T-shirts, hats, etc.) for sale. However, it is strictly prohibited to resell, share, redistribute, or sub-license the original digital file or any part thereof in any form. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
SECTION 7 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute such materials.
