All files sold on this website are digital downloads delivered immediately in compressed format (.ZIP) containing Tajima (.DST), Brother (.PES), Janome (.JEF), Melco (.EXP), and Pfaff (.VP3) files.
When you purchase any digital embroidery file or package from EmbroideryART Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files under the following conditions:
All prices listed on the Website are in USD ($) and are subject to conversion depending on the selected currency switch. We reserve the right to alter pricing, run promotional sales, or retract discounts at any time. Purchases are securely processed using encrypted standard checkout gateways. We do not store or capture raw credit card details.
Upon successful payment processing, a download button will be displayed on the confirmation page. Additionally, an automated order receipt email containing the direct file download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. EmbroideryART Studio test-stitches all designs to ensure quality. However, we cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect fabric stabilization, poor thread tension, machine malfunction, or file modification. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential or indirect damages relating to the use of our digital files.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international e-commerce laws and digital commerce regulations. Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled in local courts.

Most of our digital embroidery designs come in up to 6 standardized hoop dimensions: 2.5" (6.35cm), 4" (10.16cm), 5" (12.70cm), 6" (15.24cm), 7" (17.78cm), and 8" (20.32cm).
Yes! You are granted a full commercial license to embroider and sell physical items (t-shirts, caps, hoodies, patches, jackets, bags) using our digital files. Re-distributing or re-selling the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
